La elección que ha hecho Ibergour con este chorizo es excelente en cuanto a calidad precio. Es un chorizo grasiento por dentro y nada duro, se conserva muy bien y por su tamaño dura mucho.
Tengo que decir la verdad, y es que lo compre para llegar a los 200 euros del envío gratuito. No me esperaba para nada un gran chorizo y puede que por esa razón me sorprendiera tanto. El siguiente pedido que hice fue integro de chorizos de Extremadura para que lo probaran todos mis amigos.
Yo lo cuelgo en la cocina con un trapo debajo ya que una vez abierto suelta grasilla. Lo suelo tomar acompañado de queso o jamón, y si te gusta la tortilla de patatas esta muy bueno con ella.
