Kenne die ensaimada persönlich aus Mallorca. Kann natürlich nicht direkt aus dem Backofen- vielleicht auch noch etwas warm zu mir kommen - durch die Verpackung ist jedoch eine noch recht gute frische des Produktes zu bestätigen zumal der beigefügte Puderzucker dann erst auf das Gebäck gestreut wird. Es muss dann aber am gleichen Tag gegessen werden, da die ensaimada sonst sehr schnell austrocknet und dann nicht mehr schmeckt.

Ensaimada je dobrá,chutnala nám, samozřejmě není to taková ňamka jako čerstvá na Baleárech, ale když se lehce rozpeče tak je OK. Lepší něco nežli nic.

J'ai reçu les Ensaimadas très bien enveloppées, le delais de livraison a été respecté et à la degustation elles avaient le même goût que celles que je mangeais à Palma de Mallorca (je suis native de l'Ile)
