Un ARCOS, que más puedo decir, buen cuchillo jamonero. Lógicamente no es lo mismo que uno profesional! Pero para cortar el jamón tan fino como una hoja de papel de fumar te sirve, claro, si no lo consigues igual te falta cortar más jamones... Sigue probando hasta conseguirlo.
