Me encanta el jamón, pero nunca he tenido uno propio, ni mucho menos, un cuchillo para cortarlo. Este año compré una paletilla ibérica y necesitaba un cuchillo y una chaira. Me basé en las opiniones de Ibergur para comprar este conjunto Arcos Universal. Pese a ser el cuchillo jamonero básico de Arcos, es un producto de una gran calidad. Si este producto funciona como funciona, no me quiero imaginar como serán los cuchillos de gama superior. Corta excepcionalmente bien, muy suave y limpio, el manejo es fácil, las lonchas finas. Una relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Creo que tengo cuchillo para rato. El servicio también, excelente, rápido y sin problemas.
I love Spanish ham, but I've never had my own one, neither a special knife to cut it. This year I bouhgt I full ham for me and I needed a knife. I bases my choice on previous comments from Ibergur customers to buy this Arcos Universal Set. Despite being the basic ham knife of Arcos, it's a high quality product. It cuts really good, smoothly and clean. Easy handling and thin slices. Good price-quality. A knife for a long time. Service, also excelent, quick and without problems.
no soy un profesional asi que no lo puedo comparar pero para mi esta genial , si se usa solo para cortar jamones genial un afilado cada uso y a tirar millas
I am not a professional so I can not compare but for me is great, if used only for a sharp cut hams great shoot usage and miles
