Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Il prosciutto è davvero buono e rispecchia la descrizione. Peccato per lo scarto che rappresenta il 40% del prosciutto. Penso che prossimamente ripeteró comunque l'acquisto. Consigliato!

De sabor exquisito, sólo lo estropea la gran cantidad de grasa que tiene, pero eso es lo que tienen los jamones pata negra. Yo he comido muchos jamones pata negra pero ninguno como este, especial.

Ottimo prosciutto che conferma la fama del produttore. Sapore mai aggressivo, anzi molto delicato nonostante la lunga stagionatura e con perfetto equilibrio fra parte grassa e magra. Sicuramente fra i "bellota" da tenere presente per i prossimi acquisti. Infine complimenti per la spedizione veramente rapidissima.

Assaggiato ieri e ho trovato questo Bellota molto buono e saporito con il giusto equilibro tra grasso e stagionatura, sicuramente da riprendere.
