Ho comprato il prosciutto dell'offerta di Novembre e sono rimasto estremamente deluso dalla qualità del prodotto. Il prosciutto era secco come lo stccafisso, aveva una quantità di grasso troppo bassa sulla superficie esterna e il poco grasso che c'era era rancido. Mancava totalmente il grasso rosa che rende profumato e saporitoil prodotto. Era anche troppo salato. Probabilmente ha subito un invecchiamento inadeguato che ha fatto perdere troppa umidità.
Credo che non comprerò più prodotti di questo produttore.
