Es el primer lomo que compramos de esta marca, anteriormente habíamos probado otros, estaba buenos pero no eran tan finos y delicados en su sabor, este lomo lo veo con menos grasa, menos gusto a pimentón haciendo que se note mas el gusto a carne.
Una buena elección.

Es la primera que pruebo de esta marca.Primero pensaba que me iba a salir con bastante grasa, conforme voy consumiendo, ha salida mas parte magra, así que ha bajado la cantidad de grasa que había, esta, para mi gusto, muy buena, muy tierna, muy gustosa.
Una buena elección a mi entender.

Es mi segunda paletilla, compre la de 6kg, cuando la vi tenía muy buen aspecto, de fuera tenía muy buena presencia.Cuando la empece le encontre un defecto para mi, que fue que estaba seca para mi gusto, he seguido con ella, aunque es verdad que me dijeron que me la cambiaban, pero me quede con ella porque parecía que luego igual no estaba tan seca.Para mi, de la manera que me gustan, esta demasiado seca, eso si tiene muy buen gusto solo que mi punto es mas tierna.
Es el unico pero que le encuentro si no fuera por eso estaría muy buena, asi que sitiendo mucho la dejo como que no esta mal.

Como comente la primera vez, muy tierno, muy gustoso, para nosotros un producto excelente.Me parece muy buen producto, a mi entender, un gusto muy agradable al paladar, lo unico que no se tiene que dejar secar mucho porque entonces se acentua la sal.
Es la segunda pieza que he comprado y cuando lo abres ya sientes el olor tan bueno que desprende, cuando haces el corte ves el producto tierno, ya que pienso que si esta duro luego el sabor no se aprecia tanto.
Si alguna vez compro otro vere como es, el que antes había probado no era tan gustoso ni tierno.
