Paletilla acquistata più volte e mai deluso. Come si fa a cambiare. è un prodotto magnifico, dolce e intenso il giusto con la sua parte di tocino corretta in percentuale e ottima come sapore. mai trovata rancida.. Alto livello. Consiglio così come il jamon

Prosciutto che purtoppo ho trovato un po' troppo sapido e secco in alcune parti rispetto ai due precedenti della GM che avevo acquistato e trovato uno molto buono e un altro eeccellente. mentre questo solo discreto. Non e' detto che non lo possa riacquistare pero' un po' deluso lo sono compresa la mia compagna che e' spagnola e una volta li producevano per uso privato e i 100% bellota li conosce piuttosto bene.

Qualità prezzo ok per questa paletilla, dal sapore molto convincente. E la seconda che compro, in entrambe ho notato una certa sproporzione della materia grassa, a volte in eccesso. Comunque prodotto più che onesto. Se non desidero spendere eccessivamente lo riacquisterò tranquillamente.

Ottimo prodotto; dà il suo meglio dopo un po' di tempo dall'apertura..se resiste. All'apertura si presenta decisamente fresco.. un po' troppo e morbido ..quasi spalmabile e un qualche giorno all'aria gli fa solo bene. Comunque stiamo parlando di un prodotto di qualità decisamente elevata. Sapore fine, carne morbida, poco grassa e non troppo "pimientata". Tra i migliori provati, se lasciato riposare.
