Llega muy blando, mala elaboración, mucho gordo, tripa mala y falta de tiempo de secado, el sabor no está mal, pero existen mejores y mas baratos.

pour ce qui est du saucisson, j'aurai préféré un boyau plus naturel comme le chorizo,ainsi que le hachage un peu plus gros,mais la qualité reste satisfesante,donc note de 3,5/5.

Muy rico. Tengo el mismo problema que con el chorizo y el lomo, que se estropea antes de comerlo por venir todo en barra (Mejor sería la posibilidad de partir la barra en 2 o 3 trozos al vacío para que no pierda sus propiedades).

Seguramente es un buen salchichón por el precio que tiene. Era la primera vez que lo probaba y sin dejar de estar rico no me pareció una excelencia.
